There may be times when it is reasonable and necessary to intervene to prevent hostile governments from obtaining dangerous weapons, but these interventions must assess the full range of costs and include a clear and workable exit strategy. | |||

| My top three priorities will be ensuring a safe, swift, and equitable economic recovery from the Covid-19 crisis, working to fix our broken healthcare system, and working to transform policing and public safety. Right now, we need to worry about supporting state and local governments, schools, families, and small businesses. If we don't act boldly and quickly, we will suffer a worse recession and a slower recovery. For healthcare, we need to expand coverage, lower costs, and improve health outcomes. I have a comprehensive healthcare plan to achieve this. We must also reduce police violence and improve public safety. |
